The apartment features three comfortable double bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen and living area, a full bathroom with shower and an additional separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday living, including a dishwasher, while a washing machine makes longer stays convenient.
High-speed Wi-Fi and comfortable living spaces make the apartment well suited to working remotely. Air conditioning is also available for added comfort throughout the year.
The apartment is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood with free street parking directly in front of the building. Costa da Caparica’s beaches are around a 10–15 minute walk away, and Lisbon is approximately 20 minutes away by car, with Uber and Bolt readily available in the area.
Behind the building you’ll also find a peaceful forest area that’s great for walks, while Parque de Santo António is around 7 minutes away on foot. Shops, restaurants, cafés and everyday essentials are easily accessible nearby.
Please note: the apartment is located on the fourth floor and the building does not have a lift, so guests will need to use the stairs.
This is a non-smoking home and parties are not permitted. We ask guests to respect the quiet residential environment, particularly between 22:00 and 08:00.
