Barrio residencial, arbolado y soleado, muy próximo a Molina de Segura y Espinardo, a diez minutos en coche de Murcia centro. Buenas comunicaciones por autobús hasta Molina de Segura, Campus universitarios y Murcia (Frecuencia de paradas cada quince minutos). Parada a cinco minutos a pie desde la vivienda. Aparcamiento fácil, en la puerta de la vivienda. Molina de Segura centro se encuentra a diez minutos a pie, cuenta con todos los servicios necesarios, Tiendas, alimentación, suministros cotidianos, centro de salud, etc. El Campus universitario de Espinardo se encuentra muy cerca, a cinco minutos en vehículo. El campus de la UCAM algo más alejado, precisa de vehículo propio.

Gute Busverbindungen nach Molina de Segura, zu den Universitätscampus und nach Murcia (Haltestellen im Fünfzehn-Minuten-Takt). Die Haltestelle ist fünf Gehminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt. Leicht zu parken, direkt vor der Haustür. Das Zentrum von Molina de Segura ist zehn Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und bietet alle notwendigen Dienstleistungen, Geschäfte, Lebensmittel, Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs, Gesundheitszentrum usw. Der Universitätscampus von Espinardo liegt ganz in der Nähe, fünf Minuten mit dem Fahrzeug. Der Campus der UCAM liegt etwas weiter entfernt und erfordert ein eigenes Fahrzeug.
