The apartment is well heated with parquet in all rooms except the kitchen and bathroom.

The room has a double bed, the second room has a double bed and in the living room there are two beds and a sofa.

The apartment is at the guests' complete disposal, the parking lot below the house is private as it is part of the common area of the building.
