O nosso apartamento é um espaço acolhedor e confortável, ideal para quem procura uma estadia tranquila numa localização central.
O apartamento está virado a sul, o que significa que recebe luz natural: durante todo o dia, tornando o ambiente luminoso e agradável. Procurámos preparar o espaço para que os nossos hóspedes se sintam em casa e tenham tudo o que precisam para uma estadia confortável.
Estamos localizados numa zona central da cidade, a
cerca de 15 minutos a pé do centro histórico, permitindo explorar facilmente as principais atrações.
Mesmo muito perto do apartamento encontrará tudo o que pode precisar durante a sua estadia: um hipermercado a apenas 2 minutos a pé, opções de comida pronta e restaurantes na mesma rua, além de um hospital também a poucos minutos a pé.
Para maior comodidade, disponibilizamos sempre alguns essenciais durante a estadia, como gel de duche e shampoo na casa de banho, bem como alguns básicos de cozinha, incluindo sal, azeite e café. A ideia é que tenha à sua disposição o necessário para começar a sua estadia de forma confortável e sem preocupações.
Além disso, para quem gosta de aproveitar o mar, várias praias encontram-se a pouco mais de 1 km do apartamento, sendo facilmente acessíveis a pé ou em poucos minutos de carro.

Der Raum
Unsere Wohnung ist ein gemütlicher und komfortabler Ort, ideal für alle, die einen ruhigen Aufenthalt in zentraler Lage suchen.
Die Wohnung ist nach Süden ausgerichtet, was bedeutet, dass sie den ganzen Tag über natürliches Licht erhält und so eine helle und angenehme Atmosphäre schafft. Wir haben versucht, die Wohnung so vorzubereiten, dass sich unsere Gäste wie zu Hause fühlen und alles haben, was sie für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt brauchen.
Wir befinden uns in einer zentralen Gegend der Stadt, etwa 15 Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt, sodass Sie die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten leicht erkunden können.
Ganz in der Nähe der Wohnung finden Sie alles, was Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts brauchen könnten: einen Hypermarkt nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt, Optionen für fertiges Essen und Restaurants in derselben Straße sowie ein Krankenhaus, das ebenfalls nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt ist.
Für mehr Komfort stellen wir während des Aufenthalts immer einige Basisartikel bereit, wie Duschgel und Shampoo im Badezimmer sowie einige Küchengrundlagen, darunter Salz, Olivenöl und Kaffee. Die Idee ist, dass Sie alles Nötige zur Verfügung haben, um Ihren Aufenthalt komfortabel und sorgenfrei zu beginnen.
Außerdem liegen für alle, die das Meer genießen möchten, mehrere Strände nur etwas mehr als 1 km von der Wohnung entfernt und sind leicht zu Fuß oder in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.
