Feel at home in this spacious 57 m² apartment. Old-fashioned and simple, yet well cared for, our home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is quietly located in one of the typical historic backyard houses, giving it a peaceful and cosy atmosphere.
The living room is the heart of the apartment. It is very spacious and furnished with a large dining table, a comfortable sofa set, and a traditional gas-fired tiled stove. You will also find one of the single beds here. Another single bed is located in the mezzanine, while a cosy double bed awaits you on the gallery. The mezzanine also has a desk, making it a nice spot to work.
If you move in here, you'll have plenty of space to work, relax and enjoy your free time. The flat has a newly renovated bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a new gas stove and electric oven.
The apartment combines older, charming features with some newer elements. Some of the furnishings are a little worn, such as the parquet flooring, which is no longer in perfect condition. At the same time, the windows and front door are completely new, and the tiled stove is regularly inspected and well maintained.
The neighborhood is quiet and has everything you need within walking distance, including shops, bakeries, pharmacies, cafés, and restaurants. Public transportation is also excellent, with several bus lines nearby. The metro, Keleti Station, and tram stops are all within walking distance as well.
During your stay, the apartment is all yours. Some cupboards and the pantry are locked, but the cupboard in the hallway and the one in the living room are available for your use.

Das Wohnzimmer ist das Herzstück der Wohnung. Es ist sehr geräumig und mit einem großen Esstisch, einer bequemen Sofagarnitur und einem traditionellen gasbetriebenen Kachelofen eingerichtet. Hier finden Sie auch eines der Einzelbetten. Ein weiteres Einzelbett befindet sich auf dem Zwischengeschoss, während auf der Galerie ein gemütliches Doppelbett auf Sie wartet. Im Zwischengeschoss gibt es außerdem einen Schreibtisch, der sich gut zum Arbeiten eignet.
Wenn Sie hier einziehen, haben Sie viel Platz zum Arbeiten, Entspannen und um Ihre Freizeit zu genießen. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein frisch renoviertes Badezimmer und eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit einem neuen Gasherd und einem Elektrobackofen.
Die Wohnung verbindet ältere, charmante Merkmale mit einigen neueren Elementen. Ein Teil der Einrichtung ist etwas abgenutzt, zum Beispiel der Parkettboden, der nicht mehr in perfektem Zustand ist. Gleichzeitig sind die Fenster und die Eingangstür komplett neu, und der Kachelofen wird regelmäßig überprüft und gut gewartet.
Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und bietet alles Nötige in Gehweite, darunter Geschäfte, Bäckereien, Apotheken, Cafés und Restaurants. Auch die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind hervorragend, mit mehreren Buslinien in der Nähe. Die Metro, der Bahnhof Keleti und die Straßenbahnhaltestellen sind ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar.
Während Ihres Aufenthalts steht Ihnen die Wohnung ganz allein zur Verfügung. Einige Schränke und die Speisekammer sind abgeschlossen, aber der Schrank im Flur und der im Wohnzimmer stehen Ihnen zur Verfügung.
