A fully furnished 120 m² home in the heart of Malasaña, a few minutes' walk from Bilbao metro. Renovated in late 2024 and let as a whole apartment on temporary contracts of 1 to 11 months. A good fit for relocated professionals, companies housing staff and expats moving to Madrid for work, study or a project.
There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them en suite. The main bedroom has a 160x200 bed and a desk, chair and lamp for working from home; the second bedroom has two 90x200 single beds. The living and dining area opens onto a kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, induction hob and dishwasher, and the flat also has a washing machine, a dryer, a 55-inch TV and two balconies. It gets light from both north and south, and the building has a lift.
Malasaña is one of central Madrid's most lively neighbourhoods, with independent shops, restaurants and cafés on your doorstep. Bilbao station (lines 1 and 4) puts the rest of the city within easy reach.
Rent includes utilities, wifi and cleaning. Temporary (non-tourist) rental: you will be asked to show the reason for your stay.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat ein 160x200-Bett sowie Schreibtisch, Stuhl und Lampe fürs Arbeiten im Homeoffice; das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei 90x200-Einzelbetten. Der Wohn- und Essbereich öffnet sich zu einer Küche mit Kühlschrank, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Induktionskochfeld und Geschirrspüler. Außerdem verfügt die Wohnung über eine Waschmaschine, einen Trockner, einen 55-Zoll-Fernseher und zwei Balkone. Sie erhält Licht sowohl von Norden als auch von Süden, und das Gebäude hat einen Aufzug.
Malasaña ist eines der lebendigsten Viertel im Zentrum von Madrid, mit unabhängigen Läden, Restaurants und Cafés direkt vor der Haustür. Die Station Bilbao (Linien 1 und 4) bringt Sie bequem in den Rest der Stadt.
Im Mietpreis sind Nebenkosten, WLAN und Reinigung enthalten. Befristete Vermietung (nicht touristisch): Sie werden gebeten, den Grund Ihres Aufenthalts nachzuweisen.
