Golden City Residence is a spacious 138 m² apartment in Prague’s Vršovice, with cafés, restaurants, shops and public transport nearby. The whole apartment is reserved exclusively for you, making it a comfortable choice for families, groups and longer stays.
The apartment is on the 1st floor of a building with an elevator and offers three bedrooms with capacity for up to 12 guests. There is one bathroom with a bathtub and washbasin, plus one separate toilet.
The furnished interior provides comfortable sleeping and dining areas, wardrobes and storage. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, dishes and cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron, hairdryer and TV are available. Wi-Fi, utilities, towels and bed linen are included in the rent.
Families with children are welcome. Smoking, parties and pets are not permitted. Please respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00. Paid public parking is available nearby, subject to availability and local parking rules; parking fees are not included in the rent.
