A compact 14.5 m² furnished studio for one person in a quieter residential part of Setagaya. The main room has a bed, desk and chair, with a separate kitchenette, private shower and toilet. It is an easy-to-manage home for a longer stay in Tokyo.
The kitchenette has an induction hob, refrigerator and microwave, and there is a washing machine in the apartment. Air conditioning provides heating and cooling, and Wi-Fi is ready for your arrival. The bathroom has a shower rather than a bathtub.
Chitose-Funabashi Station is approximately fifteen minutes on foot. Around the station you will find supermarkets, cafés, pharmacies, bakeries and local restaurants. The Odakyu Line connects you with Kyodo, Shimokitazawa, Yoyogi-Uehara and Shinjuku, while the streets around the apartment offer a calmer residential setting.
The accommodation price includes electricity, gas, water, Wi-Fi, one professional cleaning visit per month, concierge assistance and 24/7 support. Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning and restocking are included in the accommodation price. Any Flatio guest service fee is shown separately by the platform. Stays start from one month.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
