A bright, recently renovated 70 m² apartment in one of the best spots in Palermo: Via Rosina Muzio Salvo, steps from Teatro Politeama and Via Libertà. Everything is walkable from here. The historic centre, the markets, the seafront and the city’s best cafés and restaurants are all a short stroll away, and the airport shuttle and the bus to Mondello beach both stop at Politeama, two minutes from the door.
The flat is set up for remote work. The second room is a dedicated study, so you have a proper place to work and can close the door at the end of the day. Fast internet is included.
The open kitchen and living room have a sofa bed and TV and open onto a balcony over the street. The bedroom has a wardrobe and its own balcony. Bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and everything you need to cook, and there is a washing machine. Electric heating and air conditioning keep it comfortable in winter.

Die Wohnung ist für Remote-Arbeit eingerichtet. Das zweite Zimmer ist ein eigenes Arbeitszimmer, sodass Sie einen richtigen Arbeitsplatz haben und am Ende des Tages die Tür schließen können. Schnelles Internet ist inklusive.
Die offene Küche und das Wohnzimmer verfügen über ein Schlafsofa und einen Fernseher und öffnen sich zu einem Balkon zur Straße hin. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Backofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler und allem, was man zum Kochen braucht, außerdem gibt es eine Waschmaschine. Elektroheizung und Klimaanlage sorgen im Winter für Behaglichkeit.
