Apartment is ideally located next to the beach, beachfront promenade and surrounded by nice restaurants, coffee shops, fresh fruit and vegetable grocery stores and bakery.
Modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances including toaster, kettle, pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.
Guests have access to the whole apartment. Two sets of keys for the main gate, garage the apartment will be provided upon check-in.
Beachfront promenade is very popular and evenings very lively. Restaurants in the vicinity offer a very diverse cuisine with excellent quality and value for money.
Beautiful coast and pristine beaches. Vlora is located very close to the cultural UNESCO heritage site, city of Berat, Apollonia and Llogara National Parks which are ideal for daily excursions. Highly recommended is a boat tour to the nearby Karaburun-Sazan National Marine Park and also a short drive to the Zvrnec island with the 13-14th century Byzantine Monastery.

Die Wohnung liegt ideal direkt am Strand und an der Strandpromenade und ist umgeben von netten Restaurants, Cafés, Lebensmittelgeschäften mit frischem Obst und Gemüse sowie einer Bäckerei.
Die moderne Küche ist komplett mit allen Geräten ausgestattet, darunter Toaster, Wasserkocher, Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirr und Besteck.
Die Gäste haben Zugang zur gesamten Wohnung. Zwei Schlüsselsätze für das Haupttor und die Garage der Wohnung werden beim Check-in ausgehändigt.
Die Strandpromenade ist sehr beliebt und abends sehr belebt. Die Restaurants in der Umgebung bieten eine sehr abwechslungsreiche Küche von ausgezeichneter Qualität und mit hervorragendem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
Schöne Küste und unberührte Strände. Vlora liegt ganz in der Nähe der UNESCO-Welterbestätte, der Stadt Berat, sowie der Nationalparks Apollonia und Llogara, die ideal für Tagesausflüge sind. Sehr empfehlenswert ist eine Bootstour zum nahe gelegenen Nationalen Meerespark Karaburun-Sazan sowie eine kurze Fahrt zur Insel Zvërnec mit dem byzantinischen Kloster aus dem 13. bis 14. Jahrhundert.
