The Space:
• Living Area: A spacious room (20 sqm) with a real wood-burning fireplace that creates an incredibly warm and cozy atmosphere. Features a comfortable sofa bed (150 cm wide when open), a large wardrobe, and a dining/work table. It can be fully separated from the hallway by sliding barn doors.
• Kitchen & Hallway: Uniquely designed bright hallway with a window and a cozy coffee table spot. Features a modern, fully custom-built kitchenette equipped with a stove, kettle, fridge, and essential cooking amenities.
• Bathroom: Clean and modern with a comfortable shower.
• Extra: Private storage room on the mezzanine and a 5 sqm basement.

The apartment is located right on the border of Chorzów and Bytom (Łagiewniki), directly opposite the S1 Shopping Center (grocery stores, and retail shops are just a 10-minute walk away).
The windows face a quiet, inner courtyard, so the apartment is very peaceful. A tram stop is situated right outside the building, offering a direct, traffic-free commute straight to the center of Bytom, Chorzów, and downtown Katowice.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
