The entire "VOLTE E PIETRE" residence is a co-living property comprising four apartments and one additional room: "LE STELLE," "IL TUFO," "IL NIDO," "LA BOTTE," and "LE TRAVI." It has been renovated in accordance with strict green-building standards while honoring the traditions of the Salento region, and it is thoughtfully furnished and equipped down to the smallest detail. Shared amenities include "LA CORTE" (the courtyard), which features a swimming pool, a barbecue, a washbasin, a large table with chairs, and a lounge area shaded by a pergola—complete with electrical outlets—all framed by climbing lemon trees, various other plants, and an aromatic herb garden. On the first floor, there is a "ROOF GARDEN" with four flower-filled terraces; one of these is equipped with a shaded patio and a private lounge area reserved for the "LA BOTTE" apartment, while another houses a laundry area.
Located in the heart of the village, the residence faces a large square that hosts a local market once a week (on Wednesday mornings), featuring various stalls selling eggs, fruits and vegetables, flowers, fish, bread, clothing, haberdashery items, and more. In the same square, you will find a well-stocked supermarket, two bars, a bakery, a post office, a drinking water dispenser (offering both still and sparkling water), and a refueling station for electric and gasoline-powered vehicles. Restaurants, a pharmacy, a bank, various shops, and other amenities are just a 10-minute walk away. The villa features four fully equipped kitchens, complete with dishwashers, refrigerators, and ovens. There are seven bathrooms, all equipped with showers, handheld showerheads, and other standard fixtures.
The property is located 7 km from the stunning seaside of Pescoluse (known as the "Maldives of Salento"), approximately 30 km from Gallipoli and Maglie, about 60 km from Lecce, and roughly 100 km from Brindisi Airport.

Zu den gemeinsam genutzten Einrichtungen gehört "LA CORTE" (der Innenhof) mit Swimmingpool, Grill, Waschbecken, einem großen Tisch mit Stühlen und einem Loungebereich im Schatten einer Pergola, inklusive Steckdosen, umrahmt von kletternden Zitronenbäumen, verschiedenen weiteren Pflanzen und einem Kräutergarten mit aromatischen Kräutern. Im ersten Stock befindet sich ein "ROOF GARDEN" mit vier blumenreichen Terrassen; eine davon ist mit einer schattigen Terrasse und einem privaten Loungebereich ausgestattet, der dem Apartment "LA BOTTE" vorbehalten ist, während eine andere einen Wäschebereich beherbergt.
Die Residenz liegt im Herzen des Dorfes und blickt auf einen großen Platz, auf dem einmal pro Woche (mittwochvormittags) ein lokaler Markt stattfindet, mit verschiedenen Ständen, die Eier, Obst und Gemüse, Blumen, Fisch, Brot, Kleidung, Kurzwaren und mehr verkaufen. Am selben Platz finden Sie einen gut sortierten Supermarkt, zwei Bars, eine Bäckerei, ein Postamt, einen Trinkwasserspender (mit stillem und sprudelndem Wasser) und eine Tankstelle für Elektro- und Benzinfahrzeuge. Restaurants, eine Apotheke, eine Bank, verschiedene Geschäfte und weitere Einrichtungen sind nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Villa verfügt über vier voll ausgestattete Küchen mit Geschirrspülern, Kühlschränken und Backöfen. Es gibt sieben Bäder, alle mit Duschen, Handbrausen und weiteren üblichen Armaturen.
