Fully furnished with double bed, bedding (mattress protector, duvets and pillows), sofa, kitchen table, washing machine and dishwasher, cooking utensils. Central heating is included in your rent. Final cleaning fee ONLY, if you don’t clean the apartment by yourself.
There is a grocery store nearby, other necessary services can be found in the Sello shopping center in Leppävaara six kilometers away or in Espoonkeskus or Kauniainen city centre. Bus stops are located right next door and buses run in every 10 minutes.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
