In der Nähe gibt es einen Kinderspielplatz, Lebensmittel, Restaurants, Cafés, aber auch ein Krankenhaus, Apotheke und andere Dienstleistungen. Innen 67 m2, Balkon 3 m2. Great stay! Zuzanna was super nice and welcoming and helped us right away when we could not find the parking. We really appreciate the help and the warm conversations.The place was also very clean and perfect. We loved everything and highly recommend this place.

The tram station is 2 minutes walk and it takes you about 15 minutes to reach the city centre. There are a couple of small shops nearby. The big supermarket is around 8 minutes by car.

Our hosts Zuzana and Victor were extremely helpful and supportive. It was the warmest welcome ever. As per apartment, there are particularly comfortable. Bedroom overlooking to quite backyard so it is ideal for sleep, while spacious open-plan kitchen convenient for cooking, working and just relaxing.
It's only 30 min by tram to the city center. Several park are in short walk. We really enjoyed one month of our living there.

It was very nice to stay at their place, very clean, easy to get to the city by tram, having garage.
and owner's family, everybody was so lovely, and very kind to me all the time. I would love to stay there again when I have a chance ! Recommend to everyone who is searching nice flat in prague!

The flat was as described/pictured and clean. It is well connected to public transportation and in a pretty quiet area. Also the windows in the flat provide decent cooling if there is any breeze (prop the doors open to allow a cross breeze to cool the flat). The landlord and her husband are nice and helpful (and their English is excellent).

S pani Sanchezovou sa komukovalo velmi dobre. Vychadzala vo vsetko v ustrety. Pri akejkolvek poziadavke reagovala obratom a riesila ju k nasej spokojnosti. Pani Sanchezovu vrelo odporucame kazdemu, kto chce stravit prijemne chvile v Prahe.
