In this duplex, you will find two ensuite bedrooms (each including a private bathroom and a private terrace) and two bedrooms with one bathroom to share. Each bedroom is fully furnished and includes two sets of bedding sheets and towels. Bedrooms have AC and heating systems, which is quite a must for Lisbon’s cold winter and hot summer. Lastly, all bedrooms have huge integrated wardrobes so you can store plenty of clothes and personal items.
The living room features a large table, comfy couches, a collection of books & magazines, board games and a music speaker. It’s literally the perfect place to work, connect and relax.
The kitchen is fully-equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, oven, plates and cutlery, pans, etc.).
And last but not least, there is also a large common balcony with a sofa and a dining table from which you can enjoy panoramic views over Lisbon.

The building is located in some of the most typical street stairs of Lisbon - the ones leading to the Miradouro da Senhora do Monte, the most impressive viewpoint in Lisbon. The stairs will make your heart beat fast and the views will take your breath away, but never you will feel so alive! Its location also guarantees a lot of calm and tranquility.
The neighbourhood of Graça is the perfect mix of old & new. You will find many traditional shops, bakeries, grocery stores as well as a growing number of trendy restaurants, cafes, wine bars and co-working spaces.
The closest metro stop is Martim Moniz, 10min walking away. For a more interesting ride, you can catch the Tram 28, which is only 5min walking away. The city center is a leisurely 20-min walk away.

Eine wöchentliche Reinigung ist ebenfalls im Preis inbegriffen.
