It is located in the best artistic & safe neighborhood, near Acropolis & walking distance to all the sightseers, Acropolis, National Observatory of Athens, Philopappou Monument hill, Thiseio, Plaka, Monastiraki, Temple of Hephaestus and more, close to 2 Metro-train stations, S.Markets, Bakery, Greek traditional tavernas, etc. The green terrace and the house architecture make it feel like staying in the country and still being in the heart of Athens... I prefer to rent it for over 2 months, but if you need a different period, please text me here to check for availability. You are very welcome to stay in our apartment!!!

Ein Studio mit einer riesigen, sonnigen, begrünten Terrasse. Auf einzigartige Weise komplett möbliert. Es befindet sich im 1. Stock eines neoklassizistischen Hauses. Es liegt in einem der besten künstlerischen und sicheren Viertel, in der Nähe der Akropolis und in Laufnähe zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten wie der Akropolis, der Nationalen Sternwarte von Athen, dem Philopappou-Denkmal, Thiseio, Plaka, Monastiraki, dem Hephaistos-Tempel und vielem mehr, in der Nähe von zwei U-Bahn-Stationen, Märkten, Bäckereien, traditionellen griechischen Tavernen usw. Die begrünte Terrasse und die Architektur des Hauses vermitteln das Gefühl, auf dem Land zu sein und dennoch mitten im Herzen von Athen zu wohnen... Ich vermiete die Wohnung vorzugsweise für einen Zeitraum von mehr als 2 Monaten, aber wenn Sie einen anderen Zeitraum benötigen, schreiben Sie mir bitte hier eine Nachricht, um die Verfügbarkeit zu prüfen. This neighborhood is full of local good supply, and in the same time, it's easy to go in more bigger or touristic places (Around 10/15 minutes using a confortable walking way)
