The apartment is fully equipped (TV, washing machine, refrigerator with freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, bed linen, towels, vacuum cleaner, mop, clothes dryer, hair dryer, iron).

SPACE
You´ll find here open space area which consists of sleeping area and kitchen area. In the sleeping part there is one double bed and one sofa bed where 2 people can comfortably sleep. There is also big TV set with FREE NETFLIX. Kitchen is modern and well equipped. You´ll find here anything you might need. There is also nice dining table. Bathroom is spacious and modern, with enclosed shower, toilet as well as washing machine. Entrance hall is spacious as well. Thanks to big windows and high ceiling the studio is very bright and sunny.
INTERNET is for free with 20Mb download and 2Mb upload speed. You will have NETFLIX with international channels. For your safety, there is first aid kit and fire extinguisher. We like children, so if you need baby cot, dining chair or toys, it will be there for you.
NEIGHBORHOOD
The apartment is located in the heart of the city center. Famous Charles Bridge is just around 1 km away. In the neighborhood you´ll find many restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. Small supermarket TESCO EXPRES is just next to the apartment (2 minutes walking). Location is great: Apartment is surrounded by nice green parks (Kinskeho zahrada, Petrinske sady...), riverside is few minutes walking from the apartment.
HOW TO GET AROUND
The closest tram stop Arbesovo namesti is just in front of the apartment (1 minute walking). The nearest metro stop Andel is 3 minutes walking (around 400 metres away). If you arrive by train, you can take tram which will take you to stop Arbesovo namesti, it takes about 14 minutes. If you arrive by bus to Florenc station, you can take metro line B to stop Narodni trida and then change to tram which will take you to stop Arbesovo namesti, it takes about 16 minutes. From the airport, it takes around 50 minutes by public transport and 20 minutes by taxi or Uber. Uber works well in Prague.

Sie finden hier einen offenen Bereich, der aus einem Schlafbereich und einem Küchenbereich besteht. Im Schlafbereich gibt es ein Doppelbett und ein Schlafsofa, auf dem 2 Personen bequem schlafen können. Es gibt auch einen großen Fernseher mit KOSTENLOSEM NETFLIX. Die Küche ist modern und gut ausgestattet. Sie finden hier alles, was Sie brauchen könnten. Es gibt auch einen schönen Esstisch. Das Badezimmer ist geräumig und modern, mit geschlossener Dusche, Toilette und Waschmaschine. Die Eingangshalle ist ebenfalls geräumig. Dank der großen Fenster und der hohen Decke ist das Studio sehr hell und sonnig.
INTERNET ist kostenlos mit 20Mb Download und 2Mb Upload Geschwindigkeit. Sie werden NETFLIX mit internationalen Kanälen haben. Für Ihre Sicherheit gibt es einen Erste-Hilfe-Kasten und einen Feuerlöscher. Wir mögen Kinder, so dass, wenn Sie Babybett, Esszimmer Stuhl oder Spielzeug benötigen, wird es für Sie da sein.
NACHBARSCHAFT
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Herzen des Stadtzentrums. Die berühmte Karlsbrücke ist nur etwa 1 km entfernt. In der Nachbarschaft finden Sie viele Restaurants, Bars, Cafés und Geschäfte. Kleiner Supermarkt TESCO EXPRES ist direkt neben der Wohnung (2 Minuten zu Fuß). Die Lage ist großartig: Wohnung ist umgeben von schönen grünen Parks (Kinskeho zahrada, Petrinske sady...), Flussufer ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß von der Wohnung.
WIE MAN SICH FORTBEWEGT
Die nächstgelegene Straßenbahnhaltestelle Arbesovo namesti befindet sich direkt vor der Wohnung (1 Minute zu Fuß). Die nächstgelegene U-Bahn-Haltestelle Andel ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt (etwa 400 Meter). Wenn Sie mit dem Zug anreisen, können Sie die Straßenbahn nehmen, die Sie bis zur Haltestelle Arbesovo namesti bringt (ca. 14 Minuten). Wenn Sie mit dem Bus am Bahnhof Florenc ankommen, können Sie mit der U-Bahn-Linie B bis zur Haltestelle Narodni trida fahren und dann in die Straßenbahn umsteigen, die Sie bis zur Haltestelle Arbesovo namesti bringt (Fahrzeit ca. 16 Minuten). Vom Flughafen aus benötigen Sie etwa 50 Minuten mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und 20 Minuten mit dem Taxi oder Uber. Uber funktioniert gut in Prag.
