Bright and calm flat with views overlooking the roofs of New Town. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with electrical appliances, including a washing machine and stand rack clothes dryer. The whole apartment has Wi-Fi.
LOCATION – Prague 2, New Town
Na bojišti street intersects with Sokolská street and up to 5 minutes you will reach the famous Wenceslas Square. There are many important buildings here, such as Church of St. Ludmila, and Theatre na Vinohradech.
There are fast connections thanks to access to metro lines A /MUZEUM or Nám. Míru/ and C /I.P.Pavlova/ and B /Karlovo nám./ and the tram stop of the main city tram no. 22 few steps away.
Upon handing over the 2nd bundle of keys, a security deposit of € 200 / CZK 5,000 / is required against the document to cover any loss or destruction or exchange of keys. The deposit is then returned at the end of the rental period and the return of the same number of keys.

Die Wohnung mit einer Gesamtfläche von 110 qm ist so konzipiert, dass sie über einen offenen Schlafbereich in der oberen Galerie, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett im unteren Teil, ein Wohnzimmer mit Doppelbett, ausziehbarem Sofa und Essbereich, 2 Bäder und eine ausgestattete Küchenzeile verfügt.
Helle und ruhige Wohnung mit Blick über die Dächer der Neustadt. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und mit Elektrogeräten ausgestattet, darunter eine Waschmaschine und ein Wäscheständer. Die ganze Wohnung hat Wi-Fi.

Apartment was clean and functional, very well located in the city or Prague.

The whole building is owned by a rental agency (VisitInPrague). We had to deal with multiple people in order to address concerns, and although our issues were addressed immediately (the next day), I feel as though for the money we spent we should not have had these issues in the first place. A washer was supposed to be in the unit but was not (they did fix this, however). Window shades did not work, a doorframe was literally falling off, etc. Also, people smoked marijuana in the courtyard which wafted into our windows, and I was told by the landlord that it was "impossible for the smell to travel upwards" but my entire family begged to differ. The building is next to a CBD club and a gentleman's club. Otherwise, location was fine - near the metro station and downtown, easy walk to both. The beds were probably the most comfortable we have stayed in in any rented apartment we have ever had, and although we had to deal with multiple people, everyone we spoke with from the company was kind and helped make sure our concerns were heard and addressed.
