Die helle Wohnung mit einem sehr komfortablen Grundriss befindet sich in Aleja Krakowska 291.

Ausgezeichnete Lage, 15 Minuten vom Zentrum von Warschau und 5 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt.

Dank der Straßenbahn-, Bus- und Bahnhaltestellen in unmittelbarer Nähe ist der Standort hervorragend mit anderen Teilen Warschaus verbunden.

Łatwość zaopatrzenia w produkty (sklep "Żabka w tym samym budynku); dostępne miejsce parkingowe w garażu podziemnym; wiele sklepów i lokali usługowych dostępnych w niewielkiej odległości. Bardzo dobre połączenia komunikacją miejską. Przestronne 3 pokojowe mieszkanie, w pełni wyposażone we wszystkie niezbędne sprzęty i akcesoria. Doskonały wybór jako alternatywa dla pokoju hotelowego (przestrzeń vs cena); możliwość samodzielnego gotowania itp. Położone przy ruchliwej ulicy ale przy zamkniętych oknach dobrze wyciszone.
