Enjoy the new flat and be the first tenant.
This apartment is located in the once-royal district of Prague 2's Vinohrady!
Fully equipped in a modern style, with private garden, French windows, flat TV, WIFI all around, dining and working area, completely ready to cook in the separated kitchen, modern bathroom with shower, washing machine, WC. Few steps from the nám. Míru /metro - green line A/ or tram station no. 11 or 13, up to 5 minutes you will be in Old Town.

Accommodation with its own yard is located in the basement of a completely renovated classic apartment building, just next to famous "Vinohradský Pavilon" /the market hall with various design brands that sell home accessories and furniture/. The house is located in the heart of Vinohrady, a few minutes walk from Wenceslas Square, National Museum, Central Station and Riegrovy Sady Park.

Vinohrady is a stunning Art Nouveau example of residential excellence.
Increasingly popular as a traditional residential neighborhood since the 1800's, Vinohrady is considered one of the best places to rent an apartment in Prague. Everything was great - the flat is brand new and very well equipped. We lived there for 1.5 months and had everything we needed. The only issue we had was that the landlord was not able to provide us with a second set of keys during this time. I would stay here again happily :)
