Diese Sandbank trennt die größte Lagune in Europa, das Mar Minor. La Manga bietet sehr gute Segelbedingungen. Auf dem Mar Menor gibt es fast immer ausreichend Wind und keine großen Wellen.
Ein wunderbarer Ort für Wassersportarten wie Kitesurfen und Windsurfen.
Für Naturliebhaber gibt es Wander- und Fahrradrouten im Naturschutzgebiet Parque Regional de Calblanque.
Für einen erholsamen Urlaub können Sie den Sandstrand und die Liegestühle an den geschützten Pools des Hauses genießen, von denen 2 große und 1 kleiner für Babys sind.
In La Manga finden auch zahlreiche Festivals und Fiestas statt. Es gibt viele Restaurants, Bars und Nachtclubs direkt am Strand. Es gibt Einkaufspassagen, Straßenmärkte, mehr als ein Dutzend große und kleine Supermärkte und Geschäfte mit maritimem Flair.
