It is west facing and has a magnificent terrace overlooking the city and the sea where you can enjoy the magical sunset in the south of the island with the best weather. Coastal accommodation, cozy, practical and comfortable, ideal for both couples and solo travelers looking for central and quiet accommodation.
The apartment has a longitudinal plan, through the main door there is access to a hallway where the door to the bathroom is located. On one side the bedroom equipped with a smart TV, and on the other the main room with the living room and kitchen. A comfortable and spacious sofa in front of a main smart TV and a small and practical breakfast bar with two stools in front of the kitchen. In the background is the completely open terrace with views, equipped with an outdoor dining table with chairs and a hammock.
The complex has a fantastic heated pool on the roof, with a huge solarium area with hammocks from where you can enjoy incredible views of the city, the coast, the beach and the sea. Guests have free access and hammocks.
The accommodation is located in the center of Los Cristianos, a 4-minute walk from the magnificent and immense Las Vistas beach and its pedestrian avenue. Despite being in the center, it is one of the quietest neighborhoods in the area. Around there are all kinds of shops, restaurants, pubs, cafeterias and supermarkets. At 500m (8 min on foot) is 'Parque Santiago 6', a huge shopping center. McDonald's in Los Cristianos is a 7-min walk away, there are three supermarkets very close: Hiperdino and 7 day (4 min on foot) and Mercadona (7 min on foot). Also right in front is Easybikerent, where guests can rent bikes to easily explore Los Cristianos and the Americas during their stay. Right on the ground floor of the complex there is a Kung fu, Taichi, Aikido and Yoga center (Alma Zen) and opposite a fitness & training center (Arena).The location of the accommodation has easy and quick access by car to the TF-1 motorway. There is also a bus stop very close to connect with the rest of the island.
