Das schmucke und erst kürzlich renovierte Apartment ist perfekt für eine Person oder ein Paar. Das kombinierte Wohn/Schlafzimmer bietet neben einem großem Doppelbett und Kleiderschrank auch ein bequemes Sofa, von hier aus genießen Sie am Abend das Satellitenfernsehen mit vielen internationalen Sendern. Unter den großen Fenstern der Esstisch mit Stühlen, für den morgendlichen Kaffee oder um ein gutes Essen genießen können.

Die Küchenzeile ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Auf der elektrischen Herdplatte können Sie sich wunderbare Mahlzeiten zubereiten, wir haben für Sie auch eine Mikrowelle oder eine Kaffeemaschine vorbereitet. Aus der Küche kommt man ins Badezimmer mit einer geräumigen Duschecke.
Ich garantiere unseren Gästen absolute Sauberkeit der Wohnung und Ausstattung, ich stelle frisches Bettzeug und saubere Hand- und Badetücher zur Verfügung.

Der Eigentümer wohnt nicht im Gebäude und war ausschließlich telefonisch erreichbar, wobei er auf Nachrichten nur mit großer Verzögerung reagierte.

I rented the apartment for a bit over 2 weeks as I worked in the area. For me it was a great location - a 15 minute walk from work. The U1 is literarlly a 10 second walk from the building entrance. For my purposes it was a very good fit. I did not make any requests to Birgit but she seems like someone who would assist if there was a need. I would for sure recommend if looking for a rental. One final point, the location is close to the Danube it is a 10 walk to an enromous "green recreation area" and you can enjoy the nature, run, and walk for many kilometers.

Neighborhood
Many immigrants/non-native Austrians a very mixed area. One hears a substantial amount of non-German and many women wear hijabs. Many local stores cater to this demographic. Yet there are plenty of customary stores and eateries as well as the chain supermarkets such as Billa, Hofer and Penny.

The home was decently clean and Birgit was very responsive. I would rate the apartment 4 stars, average cleanliness, basic amenities, but really amazing location right on the U1 line and near so many takeout restaurants.

Neighborhood
You’re located on the Main Street leading to a bridge so you’ll hear sirens rushing to the nearby hospital at night, but behind the busy street are clusters of apartment buildings with stores on the ground level. Many places to get a coffee, groceries, or bread.

The Cake Tree is an amazing bakery nearby! Praterstern is also nearby and a good place to go during the warmer months (it was closed when I was here in winter)
