Byt odpovídal popisu, je příjemný a světlý. Některé části nábytku, zejména v koupelně byli mírně poškozené vlhkostí, ale nic zásadního. Hodnotím deseti body, protože opravdu vše odpovídalo popisu. I komunikace s majitelkou byla bezproblémová. Když byl nějaký problém, např. havárie u vodáren v dodávce vody, ihned jsem o tom od majitelky dostala zprávu. Nemám, co bych vytkla.

Jedná se o poměrně rušnou část města, protože je v blízkosti magistrála. Přímo u domu není zeleň a hůře se tady parkuje, protože je umístěn ve slepé ulici. Je to ale všude kousek, pěšky v centru jste za 15-20minut, max.10 minut pohodové chůze je to na metro a tramvaj.
