Located moments away from the 800-year-old Lisbon Cathedral and the iconic Castle of St. George this hip flat is set in the heart of the old town and is within walking distance to two underground stations as well as the notorious #28 streetcar that climbs the hills of Lisbon in a classic fashion.
The apartment has cable TV, wireless high-speed internet, and also heaters and fans!
All the guests have full access to the whole apartment.
I or a local friend of mine will be at the apartment waiting for you to check you in and welcome you to Lisbon. If you need any tips on what to do, to see, and where to eat I’ll also be more than happy to assist you!
There are plenty of mini-markets around where you can do your food shopping in case you want to cook at home. There are also some fantastic specialized wine shops in case you want to try the finest Portuguese wines.
Restaurants and pastry shops (if you haven't tried our local pastries then you're missing out!) can be found abundantly with a good price range.

By taxi or uber it takes around 20 mins from the airport to the apartment and costs around € 15.
By public transports, take the red line until Alameda, change to the green line until Martim Moniz and get the 28 Tram which stops exactly on the street where the apartment is.

Cleaning - Professional and per the rules of the General Directorate of Health, using not only all the necessary protections (Mask and Gloves) but disinfectant products in the proportions recommended for greater safety for all.
Check-In - Our check-in stays in person so that we can provide all the support that guests need but they will be quick and efficient with all the necessary security equipment. All information will be visible inside the apartment and remotely through our team available 24/7.
Amenities - In addition to our first-day amenities, you will also find first day masks (surgical masks). We also have these and other products available at cost for added security.
Services - Our 24/7 availability for guests did not seem sufficient at this time, so we wanted more and will do our best for your comfort. If you do not want to use the available online tools, Our Fill Your Fridge Service, allows you to arrive with whatever you want in the refrigerator from our local partners and thus avoid unnecessary travel. For more information, contact us. We also have mobility partnerships from the airport and wherever you want in Lisbon and Portugal to streamline and comfort your vacation.
As a welcoming gift, you'll be presented with fresh fruit and one of our famous Portuguese wines.
Please note that this flat is door to door to another flat that we own and it is perfect to host groups of up to 8 pax. If both are available at the same time it will be a pleasure to host you all!

Nur wenige Augenblicke von der 800 Jahre alten Kathedrale von Lissabon und der kultigen Burg St. Georg entfernt, befindet sich diese hippe Wohnung im Herzen der Altstadt und ist nur wenige Gehminuten von zwei U-Bahn-Stationen sowie der berüchtigten Straßenbahnlinie 28 entfernt, die auf klassische Weise die Hügel von Lissabon erklimmt.
Die Wohnung verfügt über Kabelfernsehen, kabelloses High-Speed-Internet sowie Heizungen und Ventilatoren!
Alle Gäste haben vollen Zugang zur gesamten Wohnung.
Ich oder ein einheimischer Freund von mir wird in der Wohnung auf Sie warten, um Sie einzuchecken und Sie in Lissabon willkommen zu heißen. Wenn Sie irgendwelche Tipps brauchen, was zu tun, zu sehen, und wo man essen kann, werde ich auch mehr als glücklich sein, Ihnen zu helfen!
Es gibt viele Mini-Märkte in der Umgebung, in denen Sie Ihre Lebensmittel einkaufen können, falls Sie zu Hause kochen möchten. Es gibt auch einige fantastische Weinfachgeschäfte, falls Sie die besten portugiesischen Weine probieren möchten.
Restaurants und Konditoreien (wenn Sie unsere einheimischen Backwaren noch nicht probiert haben, verpassen Sie etwas!) gibt es in Hülle und Fülle und zu einem guten Preis.

Mit dem Taxi oder Uber dauert die Fahrt vom Flughafen zur Wohnung etwa 20 Minuten und kostet etwa 15 €.
Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nehmen Sie die rote Linie bis Alameda, steigen dort in die grüne Linie bis Martim Moniz um und nehmen die Straßenbahnlinie 28, die genau in der Straße hält, in der sich die Wohnung befindet.
