El alojamiento se encuentra en una tradicional y espaciosa vivienda unifamiliar de 400 metros cuadrados, originaria del año 1970. Como huésped, tendrás acceso a nuestras fantásticas zonas exteriores: podrás pasear por nuestro amplio jardín, tomar el sol y refrescarte en la piscina durante los meses más cálidos. Para el invierno, la casa está totalmente equipada con calefacción por caldera y agua caliente sanitaria, asegurando tu máximo confort en cualquier época del año.

La propiedad está ubicada en la apacible zona de Las Tiesas, en el municipio de Villena. Este entorno rural te permitirá disfrutar de la máxima tranquilidad, respirar aire puro y realizar rutas por el campo. A pesar de estar inmersos en la naturaleza, estamos muy bien comunicados: a pocos minutos en coche llegarás al centro de Villena, donde encontrarás todas las amenidades necesarias, como supermercados, tiendas locales, restaurantes y transporte.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem traditionellen, geräumigen Einfamilienhaus mit 400 Quadratmetern aus dem Jahr 1970. Als Gast hast du Zugang zu unseren fantastischen Außenbereichen: Du kannst durch unseren weitläufigen Garten spazieren, sonnenbaden und dich in den wärmeren Monaten im Pool erfrischen. Für den Winter ist das Haus komplett ausgestattet mit Zentralheizung über einen Heizkessel und Warmwasserversorgung, was dir maximalen Komfort zu jeder Jahreszeit garantiert.

Das Anwesen liegt in der ruhigen Gegend von Las Tiesas in der Gemeinde Villena. Diese ländliche Umgebung ermöglicht dir ein Höchstmaß an Ruhe, reine Luft und Wanderungen durch die Natur. Obwohl wir mitten in der Natur liegen, sind wir sehr gut angebunden: Mit dem Auto erreichst du in wenigen Minuten das Zentrum von Villena, wo du alle nötigen Annehmlichkeiten findest, wie Supermärkte, lokale Geschäfte, Restaurants und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
