We are offering a private room in a 2-bedroom apartment (2+1) in Prague. Please note that this is not an entire apartment rental.
The second bedroom is already occupied by a friendly 23-year-old Ukrainian woman who studies and works. She is looking for a responsible, respectful and tidy female flatmate with a quiet lifestyle and no smoking or other harmful habits.
A few important house rules:
- Female tenants only, as this is a shared living arrangement with an existing female flatmate.
- No visitors or overnight guests are allowed in the apartment.
- The kitchen, bathroom and toilet are shared with the other flatmate.
- We kindly ask you to clean up after yourself, keep shared areas tidy and respect each other's privacy and personal space.

Einige wichtige Hausregeln:
