Hello! I'm renting out my lovely, bright room with a balcony from November 17th to December 30th. Dates can be more flexible if needed.
About the location:
A cozy 20 sq m room with a private balcony near Mierendorffplatz (Charlottenburg/Moabit).
A bright and inviting room in a spacious 100 sq m apartment offers a quiet, peaceful environment – ideal for relaxing or working from home.
Availability & Details:
Dates: Available from November 17th to the end of June 2027.
Rent: I'm asking €750 per month (for 30 days, all utilities and Wi-Fi included)
Registration: Not available.
The Room & Apartment:
Your room: ~20 sq m with high ceilings, warm parquet floors, beautiful ambient lighting, and plenty of natural light (very bright even during Berlin winter days).
Room amenities: Comes with your own comfortable sofa, desk + monitor for home office, and balcony. There are a few plants that require little care; watering them once every 10 days would be appreciated.
The apartment: 100 square meters in total, on the 4th floor (no elevator). Very spacious bathroom equipped with a shower and bathtub. Washing machine and drying rack are available.
Kitchen: Fully equipped for cooking enthusiasts – includes a Thermomix, an ice cream maker, and high-quality cookware (no dishwasher).
Flat atmosphere: You will be sharing with two very quiet roommates. This is a peaceful house for relaxing (not a party house).
Smoking is only permitted on the balcony.

Ein helles und einladendes Zimmer in einer geräumigen 100 m² großen Wohnung bietet eine ruhige, friedliche Umgebung – ideal zum Entspannen oder fürs Arbeiten im Homeoffice.
Verfügbarkeit & Details:
Zeitraum: Verfügbar vom 17. November bis Ende Juni 2027.
Miete: Ich verlange 750 € pro Monat (für 30 Tage, alle Nebenkosten und WLAN inklusive)
Anmeldung: Nicht möglich.
Das Zimmer & die Wohnung:
Dein Zimmer: ca. 20 m² mit hohen Decken, warmem Parkettboden, schöner Stimmungsbeleuchtung und viel natürlichem Licht (selbst an Berliner Wintertagen sehr hell).
Ausstattung des Zimmers: Mit eigenem bequemem Sofa, Schreibtisch + Monitor fürs Homeoffice und Balkon. Es gibt ein paar pflegeleichte Pflanzen; es wäre schön, wenn sie alle 10 Tage gegossen würden.
Die Wohnung: insgesamt 100 Quadratmeter, im 4. Stock (kein Aufzug). Sehr geräumiges Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Waschmaschine und Wäscheständer sind vorhanden.
Küche: Voll ausgestattet für Kochbegeisterte – mit Thermomix, Eismaschine und hochwertigem Kochgeschirr (keine Spülmaschine).
Atmosphäre in der Wohnung: Du teilst die Wohnung mit zwei sehr ruhigen Mitbewohnern. Das ist ein friedliches Haus zum Entspannen (kein Partyhaus).
Rauchen ist nur auf dem Balkon erlaubt.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement.
