Nice room in a quiet, modern, clean and safe part of Prague. The house is located on the corner of the square 2 minutes walk from the tram stop, 1 minute away is a supermarket, restaurants and other smaller shops. Good connection to the center, about 25 minutes by tram or with a transfer to the subway. Trams run at rush hour every 2 minutes, at night after about 20 minutes. Nearby is nature, Aquapark 10 minutes walk. Roommates are nice, quiet, working strangers who are at work all day, arrive late in the evening and you won't even know about them. You can chat and ask anything, they will be happy to help with everything. The apartment has 4 rooms, each with 1 person. The kitchen is equipped with utensils that you can use for cooking. A washing machine is available in the bathroom, it is also possible to use an iron and ironing board, or a clothes dryer, which are available in the closet in the hallway. In der Nähe ist Natur, Aquapark 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Mitbewohner sind nette, ruhige, berufstätige Fremde, die den ganzen Tag auf der Arbeit sind, erst spät am Abend kommen und von denen man nichts mitbekommt. Man kann sich unterhalten und alles fragen, sie helfen gerne bei allem. Die Wohnung hat 4 Zimmer, jedes mit 1 Person. Die Küche ist mit Kochutensilien ausgestattet, die Sie zum Kochen verwenden können. Im Badezimmer steht eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung, es ist auch möglich, ein Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett zu benutzen, oder einen Wäschetrockner, die im Schrank im Flur zur Verfügung stehen. WIFI ist natürlich auch verfügbar, das Passwort ist in der Küche, Geschwindigkeit 150mgb /s.

It's a very safe neighborhood with all the necessary amenities close by. It's a residential area. Very quiet with lots of parks and green areas ideal for jogging or biking or just for taking a walk.

Apartment quiet and well placed (shops nearby) and usually clean. Well equipped but the layout of my room needs to be redone (paint, curtains and especially carpet). The bed base can also be consolidated. A very good stay despite that. THANKS
