Very nice, pretty and simple flat and great location close to tram station. It was perfect for me, I had no problem with anything and really enjoyed my stay here. Just a few things could be better; it wasn't fully cleaned when I arrived, it looks a bit used, broken tiles, calcified water heater, basic and old kitchen equipment. Still very good for the price and another positive thing is that even though it was very warm outside, the flat always had a good temperature.

Andrea is a very friendly and helpfully person. I‘ve enjoyed my time in prague and her flat has a nice place. There are many stores where you can buy food and the tram station is just a few minutes away. You can ask Andrea everytime if there‘s a problem or something like that. I can recommend her flat to everyone who is going to prague for longer than just few days!

It's a nice place for short/medium stay, surrounded of very good spots that worth to visit (like parks)

Andrea is a very nice person. Always available when needed, she has proven to be a very good owner. The apartment, in which I spent 6 months, is well placed and perfectly suited my expectations. I recommend it !

The location of the apartment is perfect. It was a good size apartment for a 3 week stay.

The place is very well located (short trip to the centre via tram) and quite cosy.
It had a few problems like the shower door not closing properly and the sofa being broken when we got there, but hopefully they'll be fixed in the near future.
The kitchen was very greasy and overall dirty when we got there, but we cleaned it over the course of our stay. Hopefully the next person won't have to deal with that. We had a few conflicts with Andrea, some our fault and some not, but nothing that we didn't work out.
All in all, we had a pleasant stay.

The flat was cute by it self but there was mold in the kitchen, the bathroom tiles were broken and the showe door does not close. I would love to attach pictures but sadly that’s not possible.

Andrea was very nice landlord. The flat however, could have been a little bit cleaner. Very nice flat still. Everything is close by. Andel one stop away which is perfect to get quickly in the city center for work or simply visiting around. I would definitelly recommand for two people.
