I felt that Flatio functioned very well. I would have like more contact with the landlord as the time for our departure to Bratislava got closer. Detailed instructions on locating the apartment building in advance would have been helpful. I very much like to have all my ducks in a row before I leave on a trip, and in this case I didn't have all the information I would have liked to have prior to leaving for Bratislava.

The agent fee is reasonable, and you can really talk to the personnel in case you need it. We have no problem, when we prolonged the contract. The only drawback for me is there's not much option for studio apartment.

Flatio has all of the general qualities of a good rental service, but for me the real stand-out extra was the ability to create my own profile as a tenant and allow the landlords to screen me as much as I screen them. In my case, this made it certain that my landlord was pet friendly.
