The location makes many of Lisbon's sights and attractions quite accessible. The apartment offered enough space for us to not always feel on top of each other. The private patio area is great with shade from the lemon tree (Which also meant fresh lemonade). Communication and questions were always handled quite quickly. Overall very satisfied with the value we received.

Muito boa localização, a casa tem todas as comodidades necessárias, a praia a 1 minuto a pé, Supermercado cerca de 3 minutos a pé, restaurantes a 100m.
Recomendo para férias, como para estadias mais prolongadas. A Senhoria muito simpática e sempre disponível. Gostei imenso da minha estadia de um mês.

The house is in a quiet neighbourhood with everything close by, and it is renovated to perfection unlike other possible rental places in Lisbon.

If you want to enjoy life with the most beautiful garden you could get and appreciate landlords being friendly, then this is the place to be.

The host was very kind and accomodating. The apartment is very comfortable and is ideally located with a perfect view of the river. The apartment is quiet enough to be out of high traffic areas but easy enough to walk to the commercial centres. There are many small supermarkets surrounding within a few minutes walk, an ideal and traditional butcher 8 minutes away. If heading to Lisbon this is extremely good value and will allow you to access everything easily arriving back to the comforts of home.

Maud and his colleagues are nice and reactive, the apartment was fine but just some little things that makes my overall experience 7/10: I had troubles with internet for 2 weeks (not owner's fault), the shower takes super long to empty and you can't use both kitchen heating spots at the same time or the power shut down in all apartment.
And the neighbor just on top of this apartment sometimes plays with his dog with some bouncing ball, wich makes a lot of noise (I tried to talk with him but he won't stop)
