We spent 5 perfect days at Refugio da Casinha. The apartment is equipped with everything needed: a complete kitchen, a new bathroom, and a comfortable bed. Unfortunately, we had rainy days, but there is also a cozy terrace where to have breakfast or dinner :) The location is really good for visiting the northern part of the island, as well as the south, as Sao Vicente is well connected to Funchal and the south coast. We highly recommend this relaxing place in Madeira!

The apartment is great. The only downsides are : not a lot of natural light, a nightclub very close holding orties during the nights between Wednesday to sunday.

Living in the apartment is a wonderfull experiene With every thought and attention given to ensure a relaxing and super comfortable stay and a cosy homely feel . From the uplifting decor and lighting to the hand art drawing and paintings on the wall , to the wide range of Books with the Wild plants and flowers and the Archeology of Turkey my particular go to during my stay. Light and bright by day with great WiFi for remote working The balcony most welcoming too sitting looking out towards the marina and the Sea particularly beautiful and hearing the ever gentle waves at night also sitting Looking out and upto the Mountains and the mountain breeze with Candles and solar lights . Not forgetting the Nepalese flags which are also a good landmark for my first days exploring and returning .Sustainably Solar powered and good AC A Peacefull enviroment within the apartment and outside living with the Community in beautifull Finike I highly recommend Anna is an Amazing landlady with a beautifull soul . She was always available to answer any questions queries and translation help I had and super helpfull sending links to help my orienteering of the City. From the very beginning kindly offering and organising my car transfers from and to Antalya Airport with a reputable company and a.great driver whom understood and spoke English .

Perfectly located and very well maintained. I think the landlord should publicize their 24-hour service desk better; it certainly made both my arrival and departure absolutely painless. A pleasure to work with and would gladly stay at one of their properties again.

It was a joy to stay at Tiago's Ocean Front Apartment! It is neat well designed with natural light and a great location and view. The compact kitchen is user friendly, I particularly appreciated the in-cupboard washing machine. The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable long or short stay. Tiago is a kind host, he communicated clearly and timely.

Incredible experience living in this apartment! An absolute joy getting to know both Anna and Michael! They were incredibly helpful whenever I needed something and they would check in from time to time to make sure everything was good with the apartment. All very appreciated. Additionally, this apartment is in such a great location and I felt really safe. As someone who studied at Charles University for a semester, living here made this experience that much more great.

The apartment is well-located, right in the heart of Lisbon's tourist attractions. Everything is easily accessible from this location: two subway stations, numerous great restaurants, and cafes serving the best coffee. The owner is very kind and accommodating. My wife and I needed extra space for our clothes, and the owner promptly brought in an additional closet to the apartment. Additionally, the WiFi was perfect, which was essential for our needs during the six months we spent there.

Budget room with balcony in shared accommodation. Apartment has three rooms upstairs that share the small kitchen (two rooms share the washroom, the other has its own ensuite).

The flat is lovely freshly renovated and pleasant. The best place to stay in Budapest. All attractions are close. Communication with Landlord was excellent. Great value for the comfort and location. Would stay again.

Byt odpovídal popisu, je příjemný a světlý. Některé části nábytku, zejména v koupelně byli mírně poškozené vlhkostí, ale nic zásadního. Hodnotím deseti body, protože opravdu vše odpovídalo popisu. I komunikace s majitelkou byla bezproblémová. Když byl nějaký problém, např. havárie u vodáren v dodávce vody, ihned jsem o tom od majitelky dostala zprávu. Nemám, co bych vytkla.

I had a wonderful stay here. The location was perfect for me (I am already missing the view) and the accommodation great.

Good location, but no washing machine, Tv not working, electric stove as well. Communication was difficult with the manager of the flat. The apartment looks good, but doesn’t have all the amenities. It is suitable for a couple of days.

The accomodation exceeded expectation, I would give it a 10 however there are some minor interior things that would make the inside a little more comfortable (new couch/kitchen update) which I believe is already in the pipeline. Other than that this place is a dream, a real home from home with everything you need and the most beautiful views and sounds surrounding you. I would definitely rent here again and highly recommend.

The apartment was a studio type with a double bed, suitable for a couple. I had a friend stay one week and he was more than happy to sleep on a large sofa which was very comfortable. The apartment was clean and well equipped with a small balcony that had the sun in the mornings. Situated halfway between the train station and the boardwalk it was a great location for me. Restaurants, bars and shopping were all within easy walking distance. Ana Cabrita and Milton Ferreira were excellent hosts. They made everything simple, very professional, and the couple of minor problems I had were sorted out very speedily. I would like to thank them for that.
