Very good place to stay. Good placement of apartment near to transport and easy to get a lot of major places on foot.
I would recommend that place.
The only thing I should mention is that unfortunately I got situation where I need to leave Budapest earlier, I asked Bernadette to make agreement and make some refund for me ,since flatio rules doesn't allow to terminate earlier then 30 days and Bernadette doesn't agree , first she said that is not possible because of Flatio rules, but when I noticed that is possible by manual agreement of both sides, she said that she doesn't agree. That was quite unpleasant, because my situation, due to which I had to leave earlier, was also accompanied by a refusal to return.

Pohodlný čistý byt v mestskom dome, tichá lokalita, balkón otočený do dvora, rýchly internet, 1. poschodie. Výborná komunikácia s majiteľkou. Lokalita má výborné spojenie električkou aj metrom do všetkých častí Prahy. V oblasti Karlovho námestia je veľa bežných obchodov (lekáreň, drogéria, potraviny) aj reštaurácií.
Bol som už druhýkrát, odporúčam.

El piso de Coco es muy agradable, completo y totalmente funcional: está bien equipado y no nos ha faltado nada durante la estancia. Se encuentra en una zona residencial tranquila y, al mismo tiempo, con acceso muy fácil al transporte público, bancos, farmacias, supermercados, restaurantes y todo tipo de servicios.

Coco ha sido siempre muy atenta y comunicativa. En las dos ocasiones en que necesitamos su intervención, resolvió ambas situaciones con rapidez y de forma totalmente satisfactoria. La recomendamos sin dudarlo.

Appartement parfait pour un séjour sur Brno.
Propre à l'arrivée, lumineux, calme alors qu'il est en plein centre ville. Il est équipé de l'essentiel pour un studio.
N'hésitez pas à contacter le numéro de contact, il répond vraiment à toute heure. Alors pas de panique si le code change en cours de location !

The Apartment is big, spacious, renovated, and has everything you need for short or long stays. The host, David, goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and trouble-free. The apartment has a large balcony with an awesome view of the sea. Here, we had breakfast, lunch, and dinner every single day. The 33 bus stop is literally outside the building and takes you into Malaga in 15 to 20 minutes, depending on traffic. The grocery store Mercadona is an 11-minute walk away, and it has the best, freshest produce. An organic store is also a 12-minute walk away. The swimming pool is long enough to do laps. The property and David, the host, are among the best we have experienced in a long time.

I truly recommend staying at this apartment! My experience there was wonderful. The apartment is well furnished and has everything you might need for a comfortable long stay. Its cosy interior decor made the stay even better. Ivana was always very kind and helpful! The neighbourhood is peaceful and charming, with many cosy cafes and brunch spots just around the corner.

I really enjoyed my stay at Andrea’s apartment. It was cozy, very clean, and exactly as described, with a beautiful view of the football stadium. Andrea was a great host – very communicative, quick to respond, and always helpful with recommendations and tips for the neighborhood. I felt very comfortable throughout my stay and would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone visiting Prague.

Absolutely fabulous place inside and outside. All home appliances are there, even at first look it might look minimalistic, result is that you can cook or bake whatever you want. Same works with washing, ironing ....etc. Absolutely top notch reconstruction with all home technic you could ask for. Trams, parks, restaurants, coffee, bars all in 1 min walk distance. And Michaela is absolute jewel. Kind, friendly, helpful as she would be your own traveling therapist:)

Welcoming and helpful host. Clean apartment with well equipped kitchen. No AC but very well insulated and very large new windows that made cooling off the apartment at night and then keeping it cool during the day possible even on fairly hot days in August. Good location. Multiple buses very near and a metro stop a little bit longer walk. Bakeries, grocery stores, very good restaurants, pharmacy, etc all within just a few blocks. Overall, the apartment was comfortable for an extended stay. The hostess was the highlight. She was responsive and very helpful. I would stay again.
