The studio in Palmovka has a great location and is very cozy, Petra was incredibly helpful. Only thing to point out is that the room can get pretty hot during summer

I highly recommend this accommodation and Natalia and her family as hosts! I felt here at home from the very beginning. Nice, tidy and spacious apartment in a perfect location. Everything you need for your short-term rental is available here. Natalia and her family are always willing to give advice or help. And the amazing cute animals (3 dogs and a cat) are a chapter of their own🙂 I loved them! I can't wait to come here again!! Actually, I shouldn't give this perfect rating or the room won't be available when I want it again🙂🙂🙂

Ricardo is perfect host. The apartment has everything for comfortable living and some extra (coffee and cleaning supplies). Ricardo was always available when needed and gave us plenty of useful information. Campo de Ourique is wonderful calm neighbourhood with different cafes and stores. Lisbon center is 30-40 minutes walking from the apartment or you can always take the famous tram.

I rent this apartment for 3 months with a flatmate (end of May to August). Rooms are large, nice and very sunny. The apartment has no AC but is located in a old stone building, making it fresh during the heatwaves. The landlord, Nicola, bought us curtains and 2 fans so the apartment was very confortable during the hot season. It is located in Prague 5 from a walking distance to public transportation; metro Smichov, trains, trams and the bus station Na Knizel. The bridge trains are in front of the building… but when closing the windows the sound is barely audible. The trains don’t operate during night. A washing machine is included and a drying rack as well. On the balcony there is a clothes line and a bigger clothes line in the garden. The kitchen is furnished; dishes, pots, pans, boiler, microwave and also a toaster. The gaz oven is a additionnal plus, making the food delicious. As this apartment can accommodate up to 4 persons we find the fridge to be small. A nice touch will be to add a standard fridge to facilitate the buying of produces. But there are many grocery stores near by, not making this an issue to buy food. The landlord is very kind and attentive. I will surely rent this apartment when returning to Prague again. Very spacious, modern apartment with a super well equipped kitchen. Great as a base to visit Cascais, Guincho beach or Lisbon. Owners are very friendly and eager to help. Had a great stay, thank you, Irene

5 stars apartment :) I have been to Prague several times and it is one the best places to stay in my opinion. Everything is nearby: sights, cafes, mall. Despite the tram way I have a comfortable sleep :) The apartment is equipped with everything you need.

Everything met our expectations, and we enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The apartment is cozy, clean, and quiet with a spacious terrace. Also, the free parking in the apartment complex was a very nice bonus. I want to note the good Internet, which was enough for remote work. The host was very friendly and attentive.

We stayed at Tamás' place for around 7 weeks and had an amazing stay. The apartment has everything you need to live here for a medium term and the space was clean and well kept. The location is right In the middle of the city, walking distance to most places you would want to visit. Tamás was incredibly accommodating and dealt swiftly with any minor issue that came up. I would highly recommend staying with Tamás

The place is lovely and exactly what it looks like on the pictures. It’s beautiful and very central! The wifi is good and works fine for 2 people working remotely full time. Stephanie has a lovely neighbour who looks after everything and is the main point of contact, she was absolutely brilliant, very response and always there if we need anything! We stayed for a month and it was lovely!

I had a superb stay there. The apartment is clean, well furnished and spacious. East facing so it stays cool in the summer. Decent location: close to city center, metro station, supermarkets and restaurants all within 10 minutes walk. David is an excellent host. He's friendly and helpful with local advices. Easy moving in and out. Great communication overall.

Toby is an amazing host, who is very thoughtful of his tenants and kind in his communication. The apartment was ideally located in a calm and central part of Budapest with a very nice park next to the building. Additionally, it was everything we could wish for: bright, cosy, quiet, well-equipped, and cool (great airconditioning). Highly recommend!
