I decided to take this rent based on the pictures and location in Brno. It was a great decision since I first met the owner Daniela. Energetic and positive woman who put all the details in the newly renovated apartment together. The location is great (just 10 min from the centre) with a lot of green areas, groceries stores. The balcony is a huge bonus to enjoy the viewpoint on Brno from 11th floor and sipping a cup of coffee/tea. Overall, I would return back if needed. I highly recommend it.

This is a lovely apartment in a superb location in district II on the Buda side. The location is excellent, with shops, bars and restaurants within a few minutes’ walk. The owners are a lovely couple who accomodate all needs of the tenants; they are communicative and responsive. The bathroom is somewhat small but appropriate for the purpose. Ideal for digital nomads and those who do not wish to have extended household activity.

Great place to stay! The room was great & perfect for someone working online, as there was also a comfortable bed & lots of storage. Wifi was great too! I had air-conditioning, which was fantastic, but please be aware the other bedrooms do not, so other flatmates struggled with the heat a bit (But it was august! haha). But this specific room with the air-conditioning and little balcony, was fantastic. Would defintiely recommend

Very nice, clean and well equipped apartment just around 15 min by walk from Funchal city center. Contact with a caretaker of the apartment without any problems :) I recommend this place

Wonderful apartment is super location! We stayed 3 months!The owner has done a fantastic job of decorating the apartment with style and functionality. The unit is large for a 1 bedroom and has a nice size bathroom and kitchen. The lovely balcony overlooks the tree lined street and makes for a sunny spot i the mornings to have a coffee. The apartment has electric shade which provide very nice shade and privacy as needed and easy to operate. Being up the hill a little bit from center allows for cool breezes and just out of the busy downtown area. It is an easy 16 minute walk down hill to the center of town and we walked everyday. The apartment has been completely remodeled and is brand new. All the appliances and dishes, etc you could need/want. There is a local football field across the street, so you may hear the kids playing occasionally, but we enjoyed seeing the teams and feeling a part of the neighborhood. Within 4 block as are a nice grocery store, a cafe, a gas station, car wash and every service we needed. If you walk down the hill, there is a huge grocery store, a farmers market 3 days a week and downtown restaurants, shopping. Parking is all around the property for free, if you have a car. You can also walk the “vinho trail”to town which is fun and easy. Wonderful landlords and just a very nice place to stay.

Nice accommodation. Noisy construction work in the morning during my stay. Not the landlord's responsibility though. Good overall.

Modern and comfortable flat in an upgraded apartment building with a wonderful view of the Ponte 25 de Abril bridge. Close to beaches, metro, stores, a pharmacy and gas station. Parking is a little tough in this neighborhood. Excellent public transportation and quick pick up times for uber/bolt. Ursula and Stefan were great hosts and provided excellent assistance and local recommendations for restaurants. Obrigada Ursula and Stefan!

Jose was a wonderful and accommodating host. The flat was very comfortable and had all needed amenities. Smart TV, dishwasher, full size fridge and oven were a bonus. Excellent high speed internet, was able to work remotely with no issues. Perfect location, close to restaurants, bus and metro lines. Two nearby grocery stores, gas station and a pharmacy. Bus line to a nearby mall (Oeiras Parque) with a great variety of restaurants/stores and a hyper market. Short walk to the beach made this the perfect location for us beachgoers wanting to not be in the city. Short metro ride away to neighboring beaches, Carcavelos and Cascais. Obrigada Jose!
