If my ratings here could be like the movie Spinal Tap, I would say we need to crank it up to 11. I cannot even begin to tell you how incredible my stay was, from the booking, to check-in, to the initial help provided while settling in, and straight on through the entire month. This is a family-run business and everyone I dealt with in terms of the flat itself, to the cleaning and the laundry, not only provided exceptional service, but made me feel truly welcome, me almost like a part of the family. I will definitely be returning to Madeira (soon, I hope) and if I do I hope to stay here again. I would also add that, though I was not here for remote work and the space was still receiving its finishing touches, the adjacent co-working space looks like it would be equally as awesome. I never provide review for the places I’ve stayed, but I just had to provide my sincere and honest feedback here so that others will follow suit and book their stay here. Até logo amigas!

Lovely apartment with everything you need. I was plesantly surprised to have beach chairs and umbrellas available. One of my favorite activities was sitting relaxing on the front balcony with a glass of wine, enjoying the marina view, and people watching. It is close to grocery stores, shops, bus stop, recycle spot, the beach, and restaurants. I would stay here aaain.

The location is very nice, just in the city center and the appartment looks ok. We had a small issue with the cleaning, but that was immediately fixed by the owner, so a 10 for collaboration.
Some more suggestion for improvement would be to have a Smart TV/Chromecast, especially for longer stays and change the pans which are at the end of their live.

The apartment is well equipped and in a very good area 15 minutes away from the center using public transport while being free of the noise of the city. Supermarkets in walking distance and very easy to park on the street right under the building.
The area is specially beautiful after April when everything starts getting greener.

I didn't have many problems but when I had Ondřej was always very responsive and helpful.

Maurice is the most wonderful host, so accommodating and helpful. The apartment is so lovely - in a fantastic location, really near a great supermarket, super easy to get everywhere, fab areas nearby, 10-15 min walk from the train station which is great for beach days - we spent 3 very happy months here! Beautiful appartment, very bright and well furnished. Comfortable bed, nice bath and the washing machine is a most. The place was super clean and the area is very quiet. Letna is a very good neighbourhood full of coffees, restaurants and bar. Metro and tram 5 min walk and old district is 10 min ride. Very nice and responsive owner. I stayed there for 2 months and I would definitely rent it again !
