It's a nice apartment within walking distance of the beach. The street itself is quiet with a supermarket and gym close by. The connections to Cascais and Lisbon are excellent because the train station is less than a 3 mins walk. The interior is very homely and comfortable. All the usual facilities are available (except microwave) and we were able to use them with some experimentation (though some written instructions would have been appreciated). We especially appreciated the espresso machine and Bimy blender. The kitchen and bathroom were stocked with supplies for cooking, cleaning, hygiene, etc. Communication with the owner was very smooth. She was helpful, friendly, and thoughtful - even provided us with organic vegetables and fruit from her community farm subscription. That said, she was 1.5 hours late to let us into the apartment. So we had to wait in a place completely unfamiliar to us with all our luggage in the middle of the night.. Although some things could have been better with our stay, we would still highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm stay that could include visiting the Portuguese beach often and traveling into Lisbon now and then.

Lovely accommodation. The flat was equipped and furnished as per the announcement. Walking distance to the city centre and very close to bus and train station. Ondrej is a nice guy and communication was never a problem.

Maria is an extremely helpful, accessible, and responsive landlord. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed, except for a washing machine, but there are two laundromats on the same block that are very easy to navigate. The location is very quiet, yet walkable to just about any place you would want to go. There is an absolutely beautiful park out the front door to the left and about a 5-minute walk. Stunning views of Porto and lots of places to walk or relax, peacocks and roosters everywhere. Maria was also very helpful in recommending restaurants, etc. This apartment is very suitable for two friends traveling together because we each had a nice room with great windows to a peaceful courtyard below and each room had a big desk next to the window. I would recommend this apartment and Maria.

Vše proběhlo naprosto bez problému. Byt byl čistý a přesně dle popisu. Majitel ještě v teplých dnech přinesl větrák, který skvěle posloužil.

If I could, I'd take Svetlana back to Germany to be my landlady here. :) She goes out of her way to answer every question, she is so kind, helpful, efficient at problem solving, she even personally delivered a pair of shoes to the apartment that I had ordered to hers, cause my pair fell apart. She is so consistently friendly, even though her days are clearly very busy. I truly couldn't have asked for a better landlady who also made me feel so welcome to the flat and the city, with a lot of insider tips. The flat is very cozy and has the perfect size for one person. I stayed for six weeks, working for three and a half, and the comfortable big couch became my new home office. Perfect WiFi, never even had one outage (which is a luxury for Germans, we're really not good at error-free WiFi access). You have got everything you need at the apartment (stove, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker) and in 10 to 20 minutes, you're at the Moldova, in Petrin Park (lovely!), at the mall or downtown, if you go by tram. I just loved it. I would stay there for a much longer time if I could! Thank you so much, Svetlana! :) :-*

Apartment is very nice, with all wooden furnitures and nice decoration. Apartment is spotless, with everything you need from ironing board to umbrella. The cleaning lady Valeria is so friendly and helpful, she gave me all the tips for nice places to visit and eat. I enjoyed my time here everyday. Oh and if you are a dog person, there's a friendly dog hanging around, she is so adorable. The first issue I found is if I want some privacy, I need to draw all the curtains which blocked all the sunlight, and at day time there was a construction going outside the apartment so it was a a bit noisy and there were people coming and going all the time. If I want to get changed or just feel a bit more "free", I need to draw all the curtains. This made me feel a bit concerned during my stay. However I'm sure when the construction is done the place would be so quiet and peaceful with fewer people walking outside.

The place is very nice, and in a good localisation. The landlady is also very nice. It has all kind of facilities. Overall I had a wonderful stay.
