Our Casa Pequena is a Local Accomdation placed at the Historical Village of Castelo Novo.
It is part of our farm and is surrounded by the Gardunha Mountain, 5 min by car to the village center and with beautiful sightseeings of Nature.

House facilities:

- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds;
- 1 bathroom:
- 1 open living room with kitchen - sofa bed included;
- a front porch;
- outside patio.

We have sheep and dogs, so if you need to bring your pet along please advise us with time.

It does not matter if it is Winter or Summer, you can always enjoy the beautiful view of the Gardunha Mountain, walk around in Castelo Novo village and swim in the riverside. Fundão city is located at 15km, Castelo Branco at 30km, Covilhã 30km, Estrela Mountain at 45km and the most portuguese village in Portugal - Monsanto at 40km.

If you are looking for a calm place to relax and runaway from a crowded city or if you simple enjoy being surrounded by Nature, this is the perfect place for you. The house if equiped with kitchen utensils, towels and bed linen.
We do not have washing machine but you can find self-service laundries in the closest cities - Fundão/Castelo Branco. Also, if you require it can be arranged a day per week to provide you with clean bed linen, towels and house cleaning service.

The property is in an incredible location and is a wonderfully typical rural property for the region. The property is comfortable with amazing indoor and outdoor accommodation which is instantly relaxing.
That said the mobile phone and internet signals are both robust and with sufficient bandwidth that it is possible to stream and/or work a job from the property.

The setting with animals grazing nearby and fruit orchards surrounding the property only adds to the charm.

The hosts are so friendly and helpful that you will feel like part of their extended family. Thank you for a perfect stay and looking forward to returning in the future to this slice of heaven. Thank you so much for not just great accommodation which I enjoy but wonderful memories I am cultivating.
