Mogambo Ecolodge offers a comfortable and unique botanical experience near Bogotá, Colombia. With modern amenities and a vintage record player, our off-grid, solar-powered ecolodge offers luxury accommodations while being in the heart of our 20.5 hectare private botanical garden.

With our sustainably designed ecolodge (50 m²), you are sure to find your connection with nature with our unique collection of flora (>3,000 species) and fauna, while never missing the luxuries of home. We welcome all digital nomads looking for an unique place to work with our excellent internet connection.

The upstairs Master Bedroom has a Kingsize bed and a catamaran net with a view over the mountains. Downstairs is a Queen size wall bed, a kitchenette with a kettle and three types of coffee preparation methods to enjoy our very own organically grown coffee. The ecolodge also offers a private balcony, a dining area, a couch, a vintage record player and we have a solar powered hot water rain shower.

The ecolodge is located in the heart of our privately owned botanical garden and we are looking forward to welcome to our very own Nature's Retreat. Escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and immerse yourself in the serene beauty of our ecolodge and its surroundings with our extensive flora- and fauna collections.

We offer you a completely worry-free experience, including airport- or town pick-up or delivery services. Additionally, we offer you what we like to call an "Environmental Experience": we love to leave you with an everlasting positive impression on the importance of increasing biodiversity, reforastation, ethnobotany and to cultivate crops organically, while being in complete harmony with nature.

In order to further enhance your understanding on our natural suroundings, we strongly recommend you sign up for the daylight Guided Tour or a Nocturnal Tour at night. We also offer several Workshops, such as the Spices- or Natural Coloring Workshop and the Coffee Making Workshop with our very own barista.
