Die Urbanisation ist ein kleines Grundstück mit nur 11 Häusern, mit einem Swimmingpool im Zentrum, mit einem flachen Bereich und nur 10 Minuten von der Promenade entfernt, mit einer großen Auswahl an Strandbars, Restaurants und Bars.

Ebenso erreichen Sie in nur 20 Gehminuten die feinsandigen Buchten von Playa del Rodeito und in weiteren 15 Minuten einen der luxuriösesten Häfen Spaniens, Puerto Banús.
