Renovated studio for rent in Porto, located in a quiet area just 5 minutes walk from station Metro Ramalde. Features: Living area: 40 m2 open-plan studio: living/bedroom. Independent, fully equipped kitchen. Full bathroom. Private garden of 36 m2, ideal for leisure, pets, or gardening and 2 outdoor storage rooms, perfect for bikes, tools, or DIY projects The interior has been renovated however, the gate providing access to the residential area is old, as are the two exterior storage units, which show some signs of deterioration. The garden requires maintenance, as wild vegetation has started to grow. Nevertheless, with proper care, the tenant can enjoy an excellent outdoor space, ideal for leisure and relaxation. Location: Quiet area with fast access to public transport, shops, and services.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won’t get a refund of the first rent.

There is a cute cafe that serves waffles called Mi Time Lounge. Catching the train at the Ramalde stop gives you access to the entire city. We like to take the train to Mercado do Bolhão to enjoy fresh seafood and outdoor shopping.
