- Scooters are really the most common and convenient way to move to avoid also traffic jams but you will need to claim in your original country an international driving license at your city hall.
- Taxis (cars or scooters) can drop off you easily at the entrance of our little lane. You can use personal local taxis or Grab / Gojeck app to order a taxi online.
This is the jungle and we are surrounded by other villas or locals. No parties are allowed at night, we accept cats and dogs (only in condition they are well treated against parasites, they are not sleeping with you and they don't beat our wood furnitures). Thank you for your understanding 🙏

Bei Kurzzeitmieten können wir die Abgabe Ihrer Wäsche bei einer Wäscherei organisieren, empfehlen Ihnen jedoch einige günstige Wäschereien in der Umgebung (diese werden von allen Balinesen und Touristen genutzt).
Es gibt keine privaten Parkplätze vor Ort. Gäste können ihre Autos jedoch parken, indem sie unsere Straße überqueren und auf kostenlosen öffentlichen Parkplätzen parken.
Für das Autofahren auf Bali und vor allem in Ubud gelten folgende Voraussetzungen:
- Motorroller sind wirklich das gängigste und bequemste Fortbewegungsmittel, um auch Staus zu vermeiden, aber du musst in deinem Heimatland bei deinem Rathaus einen internationalen Führerschein beantragen.
- Taxis (Autos oder Motorroller) können euch problemlos am Eingang unserer kleinen Gasse absetzen. Ihr könnt lokale Taxis nutzen oder über die Grab-/Gojeck-App online ein Taxi bestellen.
Wir befinden uns mitten im Dschungel und sind von anderen Villen und Einheimischen umgeben. Nachts sind keine Partys erlaubt. Katzen und Hunde sind willkommen (vorausgesetzt, sie sind gut gegen Parasiten behandelt, schlafen nicht bei euch im Bett und beschädigen unsere Holzmöbel nicht). Vielen Dank für euer Verständnis 🙏

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Eine gemütliche Verlängerung. Möchten Sie länger in der Wohnung bleiben? Kein Problem. Hat der Besitzer die Wohnung für Sie frei, dann erfolgt die Verlängerung des Vertrages online. Genauso einfach ist die Kündigung des Vertrages mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 30 Tagen, die auch online erfolgt.

If you cancel your booking up to 7 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
