Our house is set in a very peaceful location with wonderful views of forest and mountains, but we still have the advantage of a well maintained road that takes you to the N2 (5 minutes) and the spectacular Trizio river beach (15 minutes). The towns of Sertã, Cernache do Bonjardim and Vila do Rei are just short driving distances and we have two local cafes in walking distance.
The house has fast Starlink WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning for summer or winter months and the TV has a Firestick with multiple channels and Netflix if you have your own log in. We live next to the house and offer a breakfast and meal menu that we deliver to your door. We also provide a wellbeing service within the site with massage treatments available and regular fitness classes.
Unser Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend mit herrlichem Blick auf Wald und Berge, und dennoch profitieren wir von einer gut gepflegten Straße, die Sie zur N2 (5 Minuten) und zum spektakulären Strand am Fluss Trizio (15 Minuten) führt. Die Orte Sertã, Cernache do Bonjardim und Vila do Rei sind nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt, und zwei Cafés in der Umgebung sind zu Fuß erreichbar.
Das Haus verfügt über schnelles Starlink-WLAN, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, eine Klimaanlage für die Sommer- und Wintermonate und einen Fernseher mit einem Firestick, über den Sie zahlreiche Sender sowie Netflix nutzen können, sofern Sie über eigene Zugangsdaten verfügen. Wir wohnen direkt neben dem Haus und bieten ein Frühstücks- und Speiseangebot an, das wir Ihnen bis vor die Tür liefern. Außerdem bieten wir auf dem Gelände einen Wellness-Service mit Massageanwendungen und regelmäßigen Fitnesskursen an.

Hi! We are Shay and Louise. We refurbished an old building on our property to give it a new purpose. Now, it has a modern, fresh feel equipped with modern necessities yet keeps it's charm with much of the original brickwork remaining. Lots of our guests visit us for the tranquility of the area, but we are perfectly positioned to get to river beaches, restaurants and supermarkets with around a 12 minute drive. We are lucky enough to have two cafes in walking distance too! Our professional work has ranged from running restaurants to health and holistic wellbeing. That's why we are passionate in incorporating that on our premises. We offer food menus, massage treatments and fitness classes as part of our business. We look forward to meeting you!

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
