Elevated Ground Floor: The first level of the house features a main entrance with a security door leading to an open-plan area with a large living room, dining area, kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. This level connects to a very large veranda offering wonderful sea views and a sense of openness.
1st floor: On the second level, there is a comfortable, bright bedroom, a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and a walk-in closet with a vanity setup. This level also offers access to large verandas with views.
Attic: The attic space can serve multiple purposes depending on the tenants' preferences. It can be configured into a bright bedroom for a child, a comfortable office or a storage space as it has wardrobes. It also features a small WC and its own veranda.
Outdoor Space: A lush surrounding garden, the use of which is not included in the rental.
The rental price includes one free parking space.
