On the top floor there is a double bedroom, and a bedroom that sleeps up to 2 people, ideally children, and can serve as an inspiring independent workspace instead. There is also a bathroom equipped with a shower, sink and toilet.
There is no backyard, but at the entrance of the house you can sit on a nice stone bench, which is part of the facade of the house. Here you can enjoy a coffee first thing in the morning, or a drink in the late afternoon.

Es gibt keinen Hinterhof, aber am Eingang des Hauses können Sie auf einer schönen Steinbank sitzen, die Teil der Fassade des Hauses ist. Hier können Sie morgens einen Kaffee oder am späten Nachmittag einen Drink genießen.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Eine gemütliche Verlängerung. Möchten Sie länger in der Wohnung bleiben? Kein Problem. Hat der Besitzer die Wohnung für Sie frei, dann erfolgt die Verlängerung des Vertrages online. Genauso einfach ist die Kündigung des Vertrages mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 30 Tagen, die auch online erfolgt.
