Cozy and spacious villa, located at the top of the mountain where peace, tranquility and the green of nature reigns, located in the village of Préstimo - Águeda.

The house has two floors, on the ground floor there is; kitchen, living room, a bedroom with a single bed 0.90x2 mts and a service bathroom.
First floor has; 1 bedroom with king size bed, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds 0.90x2 mts, a living room and a complete bathroom with shower.
The house is equipped with everything, the rooms have sheets and bath towels, the kitchen is equipped with crockery, washing machine and dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, wifi, etc.
In each room there is a television.

Outside we have a wonderful garden, with barbecue and garden table.

In jedem Zimmer gibt es einen Fernseher.

Draußen haben wir einen wunderschönen Garten, mit Grill und Gartentisch.
