Our holiday home is located in Alhaurín de la Torre, a few meters from the urban center and a few kilometers from the sea and promenade of Guadalmar(Torremolinos). Plaza Mayor shopping center and Pablo Ruiz Picasso Airport are just 9 kilometers away. If you wish to enjoy Malagacity, it is quite easy: leave the car in the shopping center and take the train. It pass every 20 min until midnight.

The plot has 500 m2 and has a private pool, porch and garden. The pool has 2 levels: low level: 0,900m. High level: 1,60m. It is 4m wide and 9m long

The house has capacity for up to 12 people with 4 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bedrooms with two single beds + extra bed and 1 double sofa bed in the living room.

The living room has a fireplace, ideal to spend a few days in winter and has direct access to the porch.

The fully equipped kitchen has all the necessary appliances: fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine .. and then toaster, kettle and Italian coffee maker.

Wifi is available totally free.

There is not air conditioning. The rooms do not have Split, but they do have fans.


Extras:
- The crib has an additional cost of €5.00 per day.
- The baby kit (crib, high chair, and bathtub) has an additional cost of €10.00 per day.
- You also have the possibility to request in-person check-in at the property with an extra cost of €50.00.

Please note:
- Check-in time is from 5:00 pm. Key collection is done at the office on the day of arrival until 9:00 pm, with personalized attention if required or if you have any questions. You will have the keys available for self-check-in outside the office from 9:00 pm. You can leave your luggage at our office at Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia No. 6 (Málaga). Registration can be done online or in person at our office. If you choose to do it in person (recommended), please don't forget to come earlier, as all guests over 16 years old will have to sign the mandatory police registration. We remind you that we will ask for a refundable deposit of €400 by credit card upon arrival.

Unser Ferienhaus befindet sich in Alhaurín de la Torre, nur wenige Meter vom Stadtzentrum und wenige Kilometer vom Meer und der Promenade von Guadalmar (Torremolinos) entfernt. Das Einkaufszentrum Plaza Mayor und der Flughafen Pablo Ruiz Picasso sind nur 9 km entfernt. Wenn Sie Malagacity genießen möchten, ist es ganz einfach: lassen Sie das Auto im Einkaufszentrum stehen und nehmen Sie den Zug. Er fährt alle 20 Minuten bis Mitternacht.

Das Grundstück ist 500 m2 groß und verfügt über einen privaten Pool, eine Veranda und einen Garten. Der Pool hat 2 Ebenen: niedrige Ebene: 0,900m. Hohe Ebene: 1,60m. Es ist 4m breit und 9m lang

Das Haus bietet Platz für bis zu 12 Personen mit 4 Schlafzimmern: 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten, 2 Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten + Zusatzbett und 1 Doppelschlafcouch im Wohnzimmer.

Das Wohnzimmer hat einen Kamin, ideal, um ein paar Tage im Winter zu verbringen und hat direkten Zugang zur Veranda.

Die voll ausgestattete Küche hat alle notwendigen Geräte: Kühlschrank, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine .. und dann Toaster, Wasserkocher und italienische Kaffeemaschine.

Wifi ist völlig kostenlos verfügbar.

Es gibt keine Klimaanlage. Die Zimmer haben keine Split, aber sie haben Fans.


Extras:
- Das Kinderbett kostet zusätzlich 5,00 € pro Tag.
- Die Babyausstattung (Kinderbett, Hochstuhl und Badewanne) kostet zusätzlich 10,00 € pro Tag.
- Sie haben auch die Möglichkeit, gegen einen Aufpreis von 50,00 € persönlich in der Unterkunft einzuchecken.

Bitte beachten Sie:
- Die Check-in-Zeit ist ab 17:00 Uhr. Die Schlüsselabholung erfolgt am Anreisetag bis 21:00 Uhr im Büro, wo Sie bei Bedarf oder bei Fragen persönlich betreut werden. Ab 21:00 Uhr stehen die Schlüssel für den Self-Check-in außerhalb des Büros zur Verfügung. Sie können Ihr Gepäck in unserem Büro in der Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia Nr. 6 (Málaga) abgeben. Die Anmeldung kann online oder persönlich in unserem Büro erfolgen. Wenn Sie sich für die persönliche Anmeldung entscheiden (empfohlen), vergessen Sie bitte nicht, früher zu kommen, da alle Gäste über 16 Jahre die obligatorische polizeiliche Anmeldung unterschreiben müssen. Wir erinnern Sie daran, dass wir bei Ihrer Ankunft eine rückzahlbare Kaution von 400 € per Kreditkarte verlangen.
