The lounge and dining area is spacious and open plan. There is a large flat screen television and DVD player. It is tastefull decorated, has comfortable seating and large patio doors that open directly to the terrace, garden and swimming pool.

Upstairs are 4 good sized bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a king size bed, en-suite bathrrom, balcony and sea view. The second bedroom also has a double bed and en-suite bathroom while the third bedroom and fourth bedroom have large beds and both share the family bathroom.

Everything is on your doorstep. Restaurants, bars, beach, supermarket and banks. Just further along the main road, approximately a 15 minute walk, is the Madeira Forum Shopping Centre, where apart from the shops, you have plenty of fast food restaurants

Der Wohn- und Essbereich ist geräumig und offen gestaltet. Es gibt einen großen Flachbildfernseher und einen DVD-Player. Es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hat bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten und große Terrassentüren, die direkt auf die Terrasse, den Garten und den Swimmingpool führen.

Im Obergeschoss befinden sich 4 gut dimensionierte Schlafzimmer. Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat ein Kingsize-Bett, ein eigenes Bad, einen Balkon und Meerblick. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ebenfalls ein Doppelbett und ein eigenes Bad, während das dritte und vierte Schlafzimmer große Betten haben und sich beide das Familienbad teilen.

Alles ist direkt vor der Haustür. Restaurants, Bars, Strand, Supermarkt und Banken. Nur ein Stück weiter an der Hauptstraße, etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß, befindet sich das Einkaufszentrum Madeira Forum, wo es neben den Geschäften auch viele Schnellrestaurants gibt
