Villa 715 - Albufeira holiday retreat

This is a stylish and contemporary 5 bedroom villa located in Quinta da Balaia. With terracota tiles throughout and plenty of south facaing windows, the villa reminesces an Ibiza feeling.

To the left of the entrance there is a small storage room and a double bedroom with bathroom. At the end of the dining area a door takes you into the three double bedrooms which share a family bathroom.

The staircase takes you to the first floor and here there is a double bedroom with 2 extra beds and a large terrace, a large bathroom with sink and Italian shower, and a conjunte of fitted wardrobes in the hallway.

All rooms have air conditioning for heating and for cooling at no extra charge.

Outside the pool and gardens are private and can be accessed from the main entrance through the sliding living room doors. The pool to the left of the garden is fenced and the whole garden is lawned and spacious for sun worshippers to relax in.

There is also a large outdoor and covered dining area equipped with barbecue, table and chairs.

This pleasant Algarve villa is in an excellent location and close to the busiest centre of Albufeira. The beach of Santa Eulália is a few minutes drive away, the picturesque Old Town of Albufeira is also close by, a few minutes drive away and the Strip is a 10 minute walk away.

The local bus stops at the roundabout at the entrance to Quinta da Balaia.

The rental includes bed linen, bath towels, pool towels, electricity, water, wifi internet and baby kit (travel cot + high chair).

Links vom Eingang befindet sich ein kleiner Abstellraum und ein Doppelschlafzimmer mit Bad. Am Ende des Essbereichs führt eine Tür zu den drei Doppelschlafzimmern, die sich ein Familienbad teilen.

Über die Treppe gelangt man in den ersten Stock, wo sich ein Doppelschlafzimmer mit 2 Zusatzbetten und einer großen Terrasse, ein großes Badezimmer mit Waschbecken und italienischer Dusche sowie eine Reihe von Einbauschränken in der Diele befinden.

Alle Zimmer haben eine Klimaanlage zum Heizen und Kühlen ohne Aufpreis.

Der Pool und der Garten sind privat und können vom Haupteingang aus durch die Schiebetüren im Wohnzimmer betreten werden. Der Pool auf der linken Seite des Gartens ist eingezäunt und der gesamte Garten ist mit Rasen bedeckt und geräumig für Sonnenanbeter zum Entspannen.

Es gibt auch einen großen überdachten Essbereich im Freien mit Grill, Tisch und Stühlen ausgestattet.

Diese angenehme Algarve-Villa befindet sich in einer ausgezeichneten Lage und in der Nähe des belebten Zentrums von Albufeira. Der Strand von Santa Eulália ist nur wenige Autominuten entfernt, die malerische Altstadt von Albufeira liegt ebenfalls in der Nähe, nur wenige Autominuten entfernt und der Strip ist nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Der lokale Bus hält am Kreisverkehr am Eingang zur Quinta da Balaia.
